Technical Information The adult parasitic wasp emerges from the pupae via a small exit hole. The female has a black head and yellow abdomen. Eggs are laid into the 3rd and 4th larval stage of the whitefly. Development occurs inside the host and after 2-3 weeks pupae of glasshouse whitefly turn black and tobacco whitefly brown. Some host feeding occurs.
